We built BODY Active Wear a full online store with its own checkout and a custom admin dashboard, so they can sell to customers anywhere and manage every order, product and discount in one place.

Where they started

BODY Active Wear had no online presence at all. No website, no shop, and no way for someone to buy from them unless they happened to know them.

They didn't just need a website. They needed a shop that could take payments, keep track of orders and stock, and be run day to day by the team without having to ask a developer for every change.

What we built

  1. A full online store

    A clean shop with its own checkout and secure Stripe card payments. Customers can buy from anywhere, and promo codes work as either a percentage or a fixed amount off.

  2. A custom admin dashboard

    Built directly for their account. Every order is tracked and updated in one place, and there's a built in product and stock list where stock can be added or removed at any time. Prices and discounts can be changed whenever they like.

  3. Emails that send themselves

    Customers get an automatic email when their order has shipped and another when it has been delivered. New subscribers get a branded welcome email with a discount.

  4. Ambassador codes and a careers page

    When a customer uses an ambassador's code, that ambassador earns rewards. There's also a careers section built into the website, so the brand can grow its team and its community without leaving the site.

Why it worked

A shop is only useful if the people behind it can actually run it. By building the admin dashboard around how BODY Active Wear works, everything they do day to day sits in one place, and nothing needs a phone call to us.

Now they have a shop that looks the part, takes payments securely, and keeps customers in the loop without anyone lifting a finger. They went from no online presence to selling worldwide.
